Our aim is to provide a high quality library service delivering a consistent and equitable standard
of service which is responsive to community needs and to do this within the most cost effective structure.
Emerald Shire Library provides a free library service to residents of the Emerald Shire. Visitors and temporary
residents can pay a refundable membership fee.
